Success begins with people - Choosing the right franchisee and the right managers. Then training quality training is paramount. Systems, standards and procedures must be upheld to ensure every customer has the same great experience from location to location. Our comprehensive training program will give you an opportunity to learn everything necessary to operate your restaurant. The training involves both hands on and class room training. . Our operations staff will be there with you during your opening and be available as necessary to consult with you on any issues that arise. We will regularly review your business with you to ensure that your store is operating at the highest potential.

• Experience - Our Executives are comprised of the original founder of Atomic Wings Adam Lippin and Carmen Jordan our Corporate Training Manager/ HR Manager. We will continue to improve our concept; its quality, operating systems, and customer satisfaction; you will receive the benefit of all this prior and ongoing experience.
• Training - Customized training for everyone of your team- we have an owner outlined program, a separate program for your managers and even new store opening support.
• Established Systems - It is not a business in a box, but we have all the necessary tools to be successful, Proven POS systems, Operation manual, Recipe manual, etc, etc. These tools will allow you more time to focus on building and running your business.
• Manuals - The Operations Manual is always evolving and growing to include all aspects of the business. This is to be a major resource for your team.

Minimum Financial requirements for an Atomic Wings franchise

This is required for each location or per unit

Net worth of $175,000

Cash/liquidity requirement of $65,000

Initial franchisee fee of $25,000

On going royalty fee of 5% (going down to 4.5% once sales exceed $600,000.) - This should be a 3.5% royalty and a 1.5% brand fund contribution

Basic steps to become a franchisee

1. Review the minimum requirements here on our web site
   These are the basic financial needs
2. Complete the brief inquire form
   Name, Address, Phone, desired location, etc - We will then email or mail you a application. This is to get the ball rolling
3. Upon receiving your application and upon a favorable review of your application and verification we will set up a interview time with you and provide you with a Uniformed Franchise Offering Circular.
   During this time we will discuss what it takes to be a successful franchisee
4. Final application review and decision
   We will decide upon your abilities to successfully operate an Atomic Wings Restaurant
5. Upon a favorable decision we would enter into a franchisee agreement
   This spells our expectation of you and the requirements you can expect from us
6. Identify a Restaurant location
   We will assist you in this process and have final say on approving or disapproving the site
7. Begin your training and management teams training
   We are here to completely support you and your team
8. Begin construction
   We will provide you with our spec and trade dress requirements and support your layout and design
9. Open for business
   Congratulate you and support your opening and ongoing support begins
